Turkey With Bourbon Sauce

Hi if you enjoy eating turkey on thanksgiving like I do, but when that special day is over you have so much turkey leftover,then I have the perfect recipe for you its Turkey with Bourbon sauce. Cook time: 40-50 minutes... Servings: Serving size: 8 people... Ingredients: 1 Can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed.... 1/2. Cup water... 1/4. Cup bourbon... 1/4. Cup fresh rosemary leaves... 3 Cloves garlic... 3.Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil... 5. Tsp Mrs.Dash chicken grilling blend... 2 Pound lean boneless turkey breast or turkey London broil... 1 Can (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce... Directions: 1st). Combine orange juice concentrate, water, bourbon, rosemary, garlic, oil and Mrs.Dash chicken grilling blend in food processor or blender; process until well blended and rosemary and garlic are chopped. Reserve 1/4 cup; set aside... 2nd). Combine remaining mixture and turkey in large resealable food storage bag. Seal bag; turn to coat evenly. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours (or overnight for more flavor)... 3rd). Prepare grill for direct cooking. Remove turkey from bag, reserving remaining marinade. Grill over medium heat 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning and basting with reserved 1/4 cup marinade occasionally... 4th). Transfer turkey to cutting boar; let stand 10 minutes before slicing... 5th). Steak Teriyaki Quesadillas

Hi if  you like Mexican food then you've come to the right place. Today I will be posting a recipe that is sure to please the crowd, it's Steak Teriyaki Quesadillas. Its easy to make but also taste great lets begin.

Total time: 2 hours and 35 minutes...

Servings:
Serving size: 6 people...

Ingredients:
1. Tbsp. Brown sugar...
1/3. Cup soy sauce...
1. Tsp. Minced ginger-root...
1/3. Cup chicken broth...
1/2. Tsp. onion powder...
1 lb. Beef top sirloin steak, 1 inch thick and 3/4 pound...
1. Garlic clove minced...
1/2. Cup chopped red onion...
1/2. Cup chopped green pepper...
2. cups shredded mozzarella cheese...
6. Flour tortillas (8 inches)...

Directions:

1st). In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients: set aside 3 Tbsp for filling. Pour remaining mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the steak: seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours...

2nd). Drain steak and then grill steak, covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 7-12 minutes on each side or until meat looks as you desire...

3rd). Remove  steak from grill and cool slightly: cut into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, combine the red onions, green peppers and beef...

4th). Sprinkle half of the cheese over three tortillas. Using a spoon, top with beef mixture. Drizzle with reserved soy mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese: top with remaining tortillas...

5th). Grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Cut each six wedges: Serve with rice and also chips and salsa and Enjoy...

Stir-Fried Beef With Kimchi And Shiitake

Hi do you enjoy eating Chinese food but hate the price? Well i have a recipe that will make you think that you went to China and they taught you how to make their famous recipes, its Stir-fried beef with kimchi and shiitake  its simple and quick and taste amazing lets begin.

Ingredients:
1. Beef tenderloin (12 to 16 oz.), trimmed of fat cut crosswise 1/4 inch thick...
1. Tsp. Soy sauce...
Ground pepper...
3. Tbsp. Peanut or canola oil...
8 oz. Fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed, caps cut into 1/4-inch slices...
6. Scallions, cut into 1 1/2- inch lengths...
3. Large garlic cloves, minced...
16 oz. Napa cabbage kimchi, drained and very coarsely chopped (about 2 3/4 cups)...
3. Tbsp. Mirin (or 2 Tbsp. sake or white wine plus 4. Tsp. Granulated sugar)...
1. Tbsp. Asian sesame oil...
1/2 Tsp. Toasted sesame seeds...

Directions:

1st). In a medium bowl, toss beef, 1/2 Tbsp of the soy sauce, and 1/8 Tbsp. Pepper...

2nd). Heat 1 Tbsp. Of the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until you see the first wisp of smoke. Swirl to coat the pan, then add half of the beef  and stir-fry until brown in sports and no longer pink, about 2 minutes.Transfer to bowl, add another 1 Tbsp. oil to the skillet and repeat with the remaining beef...

3rd). Add the remaining 1 Tbsp. oil to the pan and swirl to coat. Add the mushrooms and scallions and cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are shrunken in size and the scallions are wilted, 2 to 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 35 seconds...

4th). Add the kimchi, mirin, and the  remaining 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce and cook, stirring frequently, until the liquid released  by the kimchi is reduced to  about 1/3 cup, about 3 minutes. ( The amount of the liquid released by  the kimchi is somewhat unpredictable- if there is an excessive amount, cook until it reduces.) Ingredients:
2. Pounds ground beef...
2. Pounds ground turkey...
1. Minced onion, minced...
2. Slices soft bread crumbs...
5. Garlic cloves, minced...
2. Eggs...
1/2. Cup chopped fresh parsley...
1/4. Cup olive oil...
1. Tbsp. Italian seasoning...
1. Tbsp. Kosher salt...
1 1/2. Cups freshly grated Parmesan...
1 1/2. Cups ricotta...
3. Tsp. Ground black pepper...
1. Jar Marinara sauce...

Directions:

1st). Preheat oven  to 400 degrees. In large bowl combine the first 10 ingredients, 1 cup of the Parmesan, and 2 Tsp of the black pepper. Mix just to combine. Shape the mixture into 18 large meatballs (each should consist of about 3/4 cup of meat). Place on a baking pan and set aside...

2nd). In a medium bowl, combine the Ricotta with the remaining Parmesan and the remaining black pepper; set aside...

3rd). Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes in upper level of oven. Remove from oven and turn on broiler. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the Ricotta mixture onto each meatball. Broil 3 to 6 minutes until the Ricotta just start to brown. Serve meatballs with marinara sauce and Enjoy...

Spicy Chicken Sandwich With Cilantro-Lime Mayo

Hi are you tired of having to go out to restaurants or fast food places just to get a spicy chicken sandwich, well look no further i have a recipe that's sure to put all of those restaurants to the back of the line, it's a Spicy chicken sandwich with cilantro-lime mayo it's sure to put your taste buds on a whole new level let's begin.

Mayo Ingredients:
1/4. Cup mayonnaise...
2. Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro...

3. Eggs beaten...
3. Tbsp. Hot sauce (any type you desire)...
1. Tsp. Dried oregano...
1/4. Tsp. Salt...
2 (6 ounce). Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves...
4 (1/2 ounce). Baked tortilla chips (about 5 and a half cups)...
2.Tbsp. Olive oil...
4 burger buns.
12( 1/8-inch-thick) red onion slices...
2. Lettuce leaves...

Directions:

1st). To prepare mayo, combine the first 4 ingredients...

2nd). To prepare chicken, combine beaten eggs, hot sauce, salt, oregano, in large zip lock plastic bag. Cut chicken breast halves in half horizontally to form 4 cutlets. Add chicken to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours  turning bag occasionally...

3rd). Place tortilla chips in a food processor; process until grounded. place grounded  chips in a shallow dish...

4th). Working with one cutlet at a time, remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Coat chicken completely in chips. Set aside. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken and chips...

5th). Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to pan, swirling to coat. Add chicken to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side  or until browned and done. Spread mayo evenly over bun. 2. Cups coarsely chopped potatoes (2 medium)...
2. Cups shredded cheddar and american cheese blend (8 ounces)...
1. 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained...
1. 6- ounce can tomato paste...
1/4. Cup ketchup...
2. Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard...
1. Cup...
3. Cocktail buns or brown-and-serve rolls, split and toasted if desired...
Toppings, such as pickles, onions, lettuce, mustard, and ketchup optional...

Directions:

1st).In a-quart dutch oven cook ground beef, 1/2 cup onion, celery, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, using a spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat....

2nd). Sprinkle meat mixture with flour; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in broth and potatoes. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender...

2 1/4. Cup cake flour...
2 1/4. Tsp. Baking powder...
1/2. Tsp. Salt...
1/3. Cup butter, softened...
1 2/3. Cup sugar...
2. Eggs...
1. Tbsp. Vanilla extract...
14- oz. Can coconut milk...
2/3. Cup sweetened flaked coconut divided...

 Cake Directions:

1st). Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy...

2nd). Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until blended. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with coconut milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture, Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9'' round cake pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire racks. Spread one cup fluffy coconut frosting between layers; sprinkle with 1/3 cup coconut. Spread remaining 1/3 cup coconut; refrigerate until chilled...

Fluffy Coconut Frosting Ingredients:
4. Egg whites...
1/2. Tsp. cream of tartar...
1/2. Tsp. Vanilla extract...
1/4. Tsp. coconut extract...
1/8. Tsp. Salt...
1. Cup sugar...
1/4. Cup water...

Frosting Directions:

1st). Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, extracts and salt with an electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Set aside...

2nd). Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar, then bring to a boil. Continue to boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches the soft-ball stage, or 234 to 243 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and pour in a thin stream over egg white mixture while beating. Beat until fluffy and completely cooled. Makes 5 cups, Serve on a plate with icecream, and Enjoy...

Ingredients:
1. Tbsp. Olive oil...
1. Large red onion, thinly sliced...
3. Tbsp. White wine vinegar...
1. Tsp. Honey...
1/4. Cup sour cream...
2. Tbsp. Prepared horseradish...
1. Tbsp. White wine vinegar...
1/4. Tsp. Salt...
1/4. Tsp. Ground black pepper...
12. Slices dark rye bread, toasted, you can use as many bread slices that you want depending on how many people you need to feed...
1/4. Cup creamy Dijon-style mustard blend...
1. Pound cooked roast beef, thinly sliced...

Directions:

1st). In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; cook, covered for 4 to 10 minutes or until nearly tender, stirring occasionally. Add 3 tbsp vinegar and honey; bring to boiling. Cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is evaporated...

2nd). Meanwhile, in a smile bowl combine sour cream, horseradish, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt, and black  pepper...

3rd). To assemble, spread one side of six of the bread slices with mustard blend. Top with roast beef and onion mixture. Spoon sour cream mixture over all. Add the remaining six slices, serve with chips or fries maybe even onion rings, serve and Enjoy...

1. Package (8 ounces) fat-free or low-fat cream cheese, softened...
3. Tbsp. Chopped green onions...
2. Tbsp. Finely chopped red bell pepper...

4. (8-inch) Ortega soft flour tortillas or spinach tortillas your choice...

Directions:

1st). Combine all ingredients except Ortega soft flour tortillas in medium bowl; mix well...

Italian  food is one of my favorite types of culture foods, and we all know that Italians are known for their pasta's and also their pizza's, so today I'm gonna show you how to make Bacon Spinach Pizza it taste great and it's also healthy let's begin.

Ready time: 40 minutes...

Ingredients:
1 (10-oz.) Can Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust...
1 (9-oz.) Package green giant frozen spinach...
1 Tbsp. Oil...
1/2. Cup coarsely chopped onions...
1 (6-oz.) Package refrigerated cooked Italian-style chicken breast strips, chopped...
8-oz.( 2 Cups) shredded mozzarella cheese...
1 (2.8 to 3-oz.) Package cooked (pork or turkey) bacon your choice, slices, cut into 1/2-inch pieces...

Directions:

1st) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan, Bake at 400 degrees for 9 to 13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown...

2nd) Meanwhile, cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well; squeeze to remove liquid. Heat oil in small skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until  tender, stirring frequently...

3rd) Remove partially baked crust from oven. Top crust with spinach, onion, chicken, cheese an bacon...

1/2. Cup low-fat granola cereal...
1/2. Cup coconut...
1/4. Cup quick-cooking rolled oats...

1. Small banana, diced (about 1/2 cup)...
2 Tbsp. Coarse sugar...

Directions:

1st) Heat oven 375 degrees. Line 8 jumbo muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, milk, butter, vanilla and eggs; stir 50 to76 strokes with spoon until mix is moistened...

6 Oz. Smoked salmon, flaked...
1 (5.2-oz) Package. (About 2/3 cup) gourmet spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs...
1/2. Cup sour cream...
1. Tbsp. Chopped fresh chives, if desired...

Directions:

1st) Heat oven 425 degrees. Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Remove crust from pouches; unfold crust. Cut each into 4 wedges...

2nd) In small bow, combine salmon and cheese; mix well. Spread about 2 tbsp mixture evenly over half of each crust wedge to within 1/4 inch of edges. Brush edges of crust with water. Fold untopped dough over filling, forming triangle; press edges to seal. Place on paper-lined cookie sheet...

1 (1-lb.) pkg. Green giant create a meal frozen lo mein stir fry meal starter...
2 Tbsp. purchased chili-garlic sauce...
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce...
3 Tbsp. Oil...
2. Garlic cloves, minced...
1 Tbsp. Sugar...
2. Tbsp. peanut butter...
2 Tbsp. Water...
8. Large leaves bibb lettuce...
1 1/2. Cups grated carrots...
1/3. Cup chopped peanuts...
1/4. Cup finely chopped green onions...
2 Tbsp. Finely chopped fresh cilantro, if desired...

Directions:

1st) To flatten each chicken breast half, place, boned side up, between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Working from center, gently pound chicken with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick; remove wrap...

2nd) In small bowl, combine frozen sauce from meal stater, chili-garlic sauce and soy sauce; mix well. In medium bowl, combine chicken, 1/4 cup soy sauce mixture and 2 tbsp of the oil. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally. Baja Chicken Salad With Taco Vinaigrette

1(1.25-oz. Package old el paso taco seasoning mix...
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar...
1/2. Cup oil...
1/2. Cup cider vinegar...
4. Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces...
1 to 2 Tbsp. Oil...
1 (10-oz.) Package mixed salad greens or baby greens...
1. Cup grape tomatoes, halved...
1/2. Cup sliced red onions...
2 2/3 oz. (2/3 Cup) shredded cheddar-monterey jack cheese blend...
1/3. Cup sour cream...
1. Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced...
3 Tbsp. Sliced ripe olives...
Blue or Regular tortilla chips...

Directions:

1st) In medium bowl, combine taco seasoning mix, brown sugar, 1/2 cup oil and vinegar; mix well. Place chicken in shallow medium bowl. Pour 1/2 cup seasoning mixture over chicken. Reserve remaining mixture for dressing...

2nd) Heat 1 to 2 Tbsp oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. With slotted spoon, remove chicken from seasoning mixture; discard remaining seasoning mixture. Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center...

Pina Colada Fudge

I'm a huge pina colada fan so when i found out that there was a dessert i had too show you how to make it, it's Pina colada fudge let's begin.

Ingredients:
1(12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) White vanilla chips...
1(3.25-oz.) Jar macadamia nuts, chopped, toasted...
1(16-oz.) Can pillsbury creamy supreme vanilla frosting...
1/2. Cup chopped dried pineapple...
1/2. Cup coconut, toasted...
1 Tsp. Rum extract...
1 Tsp. Coconut extract...

Directions:

1st) Line 8 or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Place chips in medium microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth...

2nd) Reserve 1/4 cup nuts for garnish. Add remaining nuts and all remaining ingredients to melted chips mixture; mix well. Spread in foil-lined pan. Sprinkle with reserved nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm...

3rd) Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil. Remove foil; cut into squares, place on a plate and Enjoy...

Note... To toast macadamia nuts and coconut, spread on separate small cookie sheets; bake 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally...

Linguine With Clam-Free Sauce

I'm a big pasta fan i like all types of different pasta recipes, but one of my favorites is Linguine pasta so today I'm going to be showing you how to make one of  the most delicious recipes, It's Linguine with clam-free sauce  It's healthy and taste great let's begin.

Serving size: 6 people...

Time to make:
Time: 30 minutes or fewer...

Ingredients:
14 oz. Uncooked linguine...
2 Tbs. Arame...
2 Tbs. Olive oil...
6. Cloves garlic, minced (2 Tbs.)...
3. Cups fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and cut into 1/2-inch cubes...
1/2. Cup dry white wine...
1 1/2 Tbs. Lemon juice...
1 1/2. Cups unsweetened soy, rice, or macadamia nut milk...
3 Tbs. Nutritional yeast...
2 Tbs. Earth balance margarine, optional...
1/4 Tsp. Red pepper flakes...
3 Tbs. Finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley...
4 Tsp. Pine nuts...

Directions:

1st: Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain...

2nd; Meanwhile, soak arame  in 1/2 cup hot water...

3rd: Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, wine, and lemon juice, saute for 5 minutes, adding up to 1/4 cup water (if needed) to
prevent sticking...

4th: Add soymilk, nutritional yeast, margarine (if  using), red pepper flakes, and arame with soaking liquid; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5th: Divide linguine among 4 plates, top with shiitakes and sauce, and garnish with parsley and pine nuts. Serve and Enjoy...

Crispy Baby Potato Bites With Sour Cream & Bacon

Are you a fan of  all types of potatoes like sweet potatoes, scallop potatoes, mash potatoes, or one of my favorites fries, then your gonna really enjoy this recipe it's Crispy baby potatoes with sour cream & bacon, it's fast and easy to make let's begin.


Servings:
Serving size 4 people...

Ingredients:

12. New potatoes...
2. Tbsp Canola oil...
1. Tbsp Chopped rosemary...
4. Strips bacon ( it can be turkey, pork, or  any other type of bacon your choice)...
3/4. Cup Sour cream...
1. Tbsp Spicy brown mustard...
2. Tbsp Chopped chives...

Directions:

1st) Heat oven to 400 degrees...

2nd) Place potatoes in large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and add a pinch of kosher salt. Boil until potatoes are cooked but still slightly firm, about 8 minutes. Strain and let cool...

3rd) Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out the insides using a teaspoon to form a cup. Place potato cups in large bowl. Add oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss to coat...

4th) Place potatoes cut side up on baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake until cups are browned and crisp. 15 to 20 minutes...

5th) Place bacon in skillet and cook over medium heat until crisp while potatoes are baking. Drain  bacon well and chop into small pieces...

6th) Stir together bacon, sour cream, mustard, 1 Tbsp of the chives, and salt and black pepper to taste in bowl...

7th) Place potatoes on serving plate and top each with sour cream and bacon mixture. Garnish with remaining chives, and Enjoy...
