Beef Sandwich With Horseradish And Onion

Beef  sandwiches is one of my favorite meals, it's just something about the beef topped with melting cheese, but today were putting a spin on the beef sandwiches and adding horseradish and onions that's probably why it's called Beef sandwiches with horseradish and onions, lol so let's begin...

Making time: 25 minutes...

Servings:
Serving size: 6 people...

Ingredients:
1. Tbsp. Olive oil...
1. Large red onion, thinly sliced...
3. Tbsp. White wine vinegar...
1. Tsp. Honey...
1/4. Cup sour cream...
2. Tbsp. Prepared horseradish...
1. Tbsp. White wine vinegar...
1/4. Tsp. Salt...
1/4. Tsp. Ground black pepper...
12. Slices dark rye bread, toasted, you can use as many bread slices that you want depending on how many people you need to feed...
1/4. Cup creamy Dijon-style mustard blend...
1. Pound cooked roast beef, thinly sliced...

Directions:

1st). In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; cook, covered for 4 to 10 minutes or until nearly tender, stirring occasionally. Add 3 tbsp vinegar and honey; bring to boiling. Cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is evaporated...

2nd). Meanwhile, in a smile bowl combine sour cream, horseradish, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt, and black  pepper...

3rd). To assemble, spread one side of six of the bread slices with mustard blend. Top with roast beef and onion mixture. Spoon sour cream mixture over all. Add the remaining six slices, serve with chips or fries maybe even onion rings, serve and Enjoy...

Spicy Guacamole

Hi i really enjoy eating guacamole and if your like me then you will really like this recipe it takes normal guacamole and gives it a kick it's homemade Spicy guacamole let's begin...

Serving: 4 People...

Time:
Prep time 10 minutes...

Ingredients:
2. Ripe avocados...
1/2. Cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, finely diced...
1/4. Cup fresh lemon juice...
2. Green onions, finely chopped...
2. Tsp. Mrs dash extra spicy seasoning blend, or any spicy seasoning blend your choice...

Directions:

1st). Cut avocados in half lengthwise. remove pits. Scoop flesh into medium bowl. Add cilantro, lemon juice, green onions and Mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning blend; mix lightly. (Mixture should be slightly lumpy). Serve with chips and also salsa if desired...

Spicy Cream Cheese Roll-ups

Hi are you having a party or maybe just a little get together? Then i have the perfect recipe for you it's easy to make and also has a little heat to it i really enjoyed it and i hope you do too it's called Spicy cream cheese roll-ups let's begin.

Prep time: 10 Minutes...

Servings:
Serving size: 16 People...

Ingredients:
1. Package (8 ounces) fat-free or low-fat cream cheese, softened...
3. Tbsp. Chopped green onions...
2. Tbsp. Finely chopped red bell pepper...
2. Tbsp. Mrs dash southwest chipotle seasoning blend...
4. (8-inch) Ortega soft flour tortillas or spinach tortillas your choice...

Directions:

1st). Combine all ingredients except Ortega soft flour tortillas in medium bowl; mix well...

2nd). Spread mixture evenly onto Ortega soft flour tortillas. Roll up gently; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve...

3rd). Slice each roll into 8 (1-inch) slices just before serving, place on a plate and serve with rice or chips and salsa and Enjoy...

Chicken With Mango Salsa

I really enjoy chicken because there's so many dishes you can make, like one of my favorites Chicken with mango salsa it taste great and easy to make let's begin...

Serving size: 4 people...

Prep time: 20 minutes...

Cook time: 25-26 minutes...

Ingredients:
 Mango salsa:
1. medium mango, peeled, cored and diced...
1. Large tomato, diced...
1/2. Small red onion, diced...
2. Tsp. Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning blend...
Chicken:
4. Boneless skinless chicken breast (about 4 ounces each)...
Olive oil.
4. tsp. Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning blend...

Directions:

1st). Preheat oven 350 degrees...

2nd). Combine mango, tomato, onion and 2 Tsp. Mrs dash fiesta lime seasoning blend in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use...

3rd). Brush both sides of chicken with oil. Sprinkle both sides evenly with 4 Tsp. Mrs dash fiesta lime seasoning blend...

4th). Bake 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center...

5th). Arrange chicken on serving plates; top evenly with mango salsa, serve with white rice or your choice of rice and Enjoy...
