Steak Teriyaki Quesadillas

Hi if  you like Mexican food then you've come to the right place. Today I will be posting a recipe that is sure to please the crowd, it's Steak Teriyaki Quesadillas. Its easy to make but also taste great lets begin.

Total time: 2 hours and 35 minutes...

Servings:
Serving size: 6 people...

Ingredients:
1. Tbsp. Brown sugar...
1/3. Cup soy sauce...
1. Tsp. Minced ginger-root...
1/3. Cup chicken broth...
1/2. Tsp. onion powder...
1 lb. Beef top sirloin steak, 1 inch thick and 3/4 pound...
1. Garlic clove minced...
1/2. Cup chopped red onion...
1/2. Cup chopped green pepper...
2. cups shredded mozzarella cheese...
6. Flour tortillas (8 inches)...

Directions:

1st). In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients: set aside 3 Tbsp for filling. Pour remaining mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the steak: seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours...

2nd). Drain steak and then grill steak, covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 7-12 minutes on each side or until meat looks as you desire...

3rd). Remove  steak from grill and cool slightly: cut into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, combine the red onions, green peppers and beef...

4th). Sprinkle half of the cheese over three tortillas. Using a spoon, top with beef mixture. Drizzle with reserved soy mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese: top with remaining tortillas...

5th). Grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Cut each six wedges: Serve with rice and also chips and salsa and Enjoy...

Stir-Fried Beef With Kimchi And Shiitake

Hi do you enjoy eating Chinese food but hate the price? Well i have a recipe that will make you think that you went to China and they taught you how to make their famous recipes, its Stir-fried beef with kimchi and shiitake  its simple and quick and taste amazing lets begin.

Ingredients:
1. Beef tenderloin (12 to 16 oz.), trimmed of fat cut crosswise 1/4 inch thick...
1. Tsp. Soy sauce...
Ground pepper...
3. Tbsp. Peanut or canola oil...
8 oz. Fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed, caps cut into 1/4-inch slices...
6. Scallions, cut into 1 1/2- inch lengths...
3. Large garlic cloves, minced...
16 oz. Napa cabbage kimchi, drained and very coarsely chopped (about 2 3/4 cups)...
3. Tbsp. Mirin (or 2 Tbsp. sake or white wine plus 4. Tsp. Granulated sugar)...
1. Tbsp. Asian sesame oil...
1/2 Tsp. Toasted sesame seeds...

Directions:

1st). In a medium bowl, toss beef, 1/2 Tbsp of the soy sauce, and 1/8 Tbsp. Pepper...

2nd). Heat 1 Tbsp. Of the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until you see the first wisp of smoke. Swirl to coat the pan, then add half of the beef  and stir-fry until brown in sports and no longer pink, about 2 minutes.Transfer to bowl, add another 1 Tbsp. oil to the skillet and repeat with the remaining beef...

3rd). Add the remaining 1 Tbsp. oil to the pan and swirl to coat. Add the mushrooms and scallions and cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are shrunken in size and the scallions are wilted, 2 to 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 35 seconds...

4th). Add the kimchi, mirin, and the  remaining 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce and cook, stirring frequently, until the liquid released  by the kimchi is reduced to  about 1/3 cup, about 3 minutes. ( The amount of the liquid released by  the kimchi is somewhat unpredictable- if there is an excessive amount, cook until it reduces.) Add the beef and any accumulated juices and cook until heated through, another 1 to 4 minutes. Ingredients:
2. Pounds ground beef...
2. Pounds ground turkey...
1. Minced onion, minced...
2. Slices soft bread crumbs...
5. Garlic cloves, minced...
2. Eggs...
1/2. Cup chopped fresh parsley...
1/4. Cup olive oil...
1. Tbsp. Italian seasoning...
1. Tbsp. Kosher salt...
1 1/2. Cups freshly grated Parmesan...
1 1/2. Cups ricotta...
3. Tsp. Ground black pepper...
1. Jar Marinara sauce...

Directions:

1st). Preheat oven  to 400 degrees. In large bowl combine the first 10 ingredients, 1 cup of the Parmesan, and 2 Tsp of the black pepper. Mix just to combine. Shape the mixture into 18 large meatballs (each should consist of about 3/4 cup of meat). Place on a baking pan and set aside...

2nd). In a medium bowl, combine the Ricotta with the remaining Parmesan and the remaining black pepper; set aside...

3rd). Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes in upper level of oven. Remove from oven and turn on broiler. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the Ricotta mixture onto each meatball. Broil 3 to 6 minutes until the Ricotta just start to brown. Serve meatballs with marinara sauce and Enjoy...

Spicy Chicken Sandwich With Cilantro-Lime Mayo

Hi are you tired of having to go out to restaurants or fast food places just to get a spicy chicken sandwich, well look no further i have a recipe that's sure to put all of those restaurants to the back of the line, it's a Spicy chicken sandwich with cilantro-lime mayo it's sure to put your taste buds on a whole new level let's begin.

Mayo Ingredients:
1/4. Cup mayonnaise...
2. Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro...
1. Tsp. Fresh lime juice...
1.Garlic clove, minced...
Chicken Ingredients:
3. Eggs beaten...
3. Tbsp. Hot sauce (any type you desire)...
1. Tsp. Dried oregano...
1/4. Tsp. Salt...
2 (6 ounce). Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves...
4 (1/2 ounce). Baked tortilla chips (about 5 and a half cups)...
2.Tbsp. Olive oil...
4 burger buns.
12( 1/8-inch-thick) red onion slices...
2. Lettuce leaves...

Directions:

1st). To prepare mayo, combine the first 4 ingredients...

2nd). To prepare chicken, combine beaten eggs, hot sauce, salt, oregano, in large zip lock plastic bag. Cut chicken breast halves in half horizontally to form 4 cutlets. Add chicken to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours  turning bag occasionally...

3rd). Place tortilla chips in a food processor; process until grounded. place grounded  chips in a shallow dish...

4th). Working with one cutlet at a time, remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Coat chicken completely in chips. Set aside. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken and chips...

5th). Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to pan, swirling to coat. Add chicken to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side  or until browned and done. Spread mayo evenly over bun. Layer bottom half of each bun with onion slices, lettuce, and 1 chicken cutlet, top with top bun, serve with fries or chips if desired and Enjoy...

I really like fried pickles but i like mines with a little kick, so when i heard about this recipe i had to share it with you, it's called Spicy fried pickles, it's quick and easy and sure to put a smile on your face let's begin.

2. Cups peanut oil or vegetable oil your choice,for frying or as needed...
1. (32 ounce) jar dill pickle slices, drained...
1. Cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs...
1. Tsp. Cayenne pepper...
1. Tsp. Black pepper...
1/3. Tsp. Garlic powder...
2. Eggs beaten...
1. (8 ounce) bottle spicy ranch dressing...

Directions:

1st).  Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat...

2nd). Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels...

3rd). In a small bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic powder...

4th). Dip pickle slices into egg, and then coat with the bread crumb mixture...

2. Cups coarsely chopped potatoes (2 medium)...
2. Cups shredded cheddar and american cheese blend (8 ounces)...
1. 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained...
1. 6- ounce can tomato paste...
1/4. Cup ketchup...
2. Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard...
1. Cup...
3. Cocktail buns or brown-and-serve rolls, split and toasted if desired...
Toppings, such as pickles, onions, lettuce, mustard, and ketchup optional...

Directions:

1st).In a-quart dutch oven cook ground beef, 1/2 cup onion, celery, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, using a spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat....

2nd). Sprinkle meat mixture with flour; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in broth and potatoes. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender...

3rd). Stir in cheese, tomatoes, tomato paste, 1/4 cup ketchup. and 2 tbsp mustard. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and mixture just comes to a gentle boil, stir in milk; heat through. If you desire, serve with toasted buns and cheeseburger toppings, and Enjoy...

2 1/4. Cup cake flour...
2 1/4. Tsp. Baking powder...
1/2. Tsp. Salt...
1/3. Cup butter, softened...
1 2/3. Cup sugar...
2. Eggs...
1. Tbsp. Vanilla extract...
14- oz. Can coconut milk...
2/3. Cup sweetened flaked coconut divided...

 Cake Directions:

1st). Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy...

2nd). Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until blended. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with coconut milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture, Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9'' round cake pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire racks. Spread one cup fluffy coconut frosting between layers; sprinkle with 1/3 cup coconut. Spread remaining 1/3 cup coconut; refrigerate until chilled...

Fluffy Coconut Frosting Ingredients:
4. Egg whites...

1/2. Tsp. Vanilla extract...

Frosting Directions:

1st). Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, extracts and salt with an electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Set aside...

2nd). Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar, then bring to a boil. Continue to boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches the soft-ball stage, or 234 to 243 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and pour in a thin stream over egg white mixture while beating. Beat until fluffy and completely cooled. Makes 5 cups, Serve on a plate with icecream, and Enjoy...
