Beef Sandwich With Horseradish And Onion

Beef  sandwiches is one of my favorite meals, it's just something about the beef topped with melting cheese, but today were putting a spin on the beef sandwiches and adding horseradish and onions that's probably why it's called Beef sandwiches with horseradish and onions, lol so let's begin...

Servings:
Serving size: 6 people...

Ingredients:
1. Tbsp. Olive oil...
1. Large red onion, thinly sliced...
3. Tbsp. White wine vinegar...
1. Tsp. Honey...
1/4. Cup sour cream...
2. Tbsp. Prepared horseradish...
1. Tbsp. White wine vinegar...
1/4. Tsp. Salt...
1/4. Tsp. Ground black pepper...
12. Slices dark rye bread, toasted, you can use as many bread slices that you want depending on how many people you need to feed...
1/4. Cup creamy Dijon-style mustard blend...
1. Pound cooked roast beef, thinly sliced...

Directions:

1st). In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; cook, covered for 4 to 10 minutes or until nearly tender, stirring occasionally. Add 3 tbsp vinegar and honey; bring to boiling. Cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is evaporated...

2nd). Meanwhile, in a smile bowl combine sour cream, horseradish, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt, and black  pepper...

3rd). To assemble, spread one side of six of the bread slices with mustard blend. Top with roast beef and onion mixture. Spoon sour cream mixture over all. Add the remaining six slices, serve with chips or fries maybe even onion rings, serve and Enjoy...
