All-American Cheeseburger Soup

Hi today i will be showing you how to make homemade All-american cheeseburger soup it's quick and easy and sure to please your taste buds let's begin.

Ingredients:
1. Pound ground beef...
1/4. Cup chopped onion (1 medium)...
1/2. Cup chopped celery (1 stalk)...
2. Cloves garlic, minced...
2. Tbsp. All-purpose flour...
2. 14.5-ounce can reduced-sodium beef  broth...
2. Cups coarsely chopped potatoes (2 medium)...
2. Cups shredded cheddar and american cheese blend (8 ounces)...
1. 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained...
1. 6- ounce can tomato paste...
1/4. Cup ketchup...
2. Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard...
1. Cup...
3. Cocktail buns or brown-and-serve rolls, split and toasted if desired...
Toppings, such as pickles, onions, lettuce, mustard, and ketchup optional...

Directions:

1st).In a-quart dutch oven cook ground beef, 1/2 cup onion, celery, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, using a spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat....

2nd). Sprinkle meat mixture with flour; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in broth and potatoes. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender...

3rd). Stir in cheese, tomatoes, tomato paste, 1/4 cup ketchup. and 2 tbsp mustard. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and mixture just comes to a gentle boil, stir in milk; heat through. If you desire, serve with toasted buns and cheeseburger toppings, and Enjoy...
